Job Summary:

We are looking for a marketing specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our team. This is an entry-level position reporting to the CTO and CEO. Will be responsible for many day-to-day aspects of supporting our national & local client base. This person will play a key role in meeting client needs in the interactive environment including: social networking, online advertising, search marketing, email, mobile and other disciplines as needed. The marketing associate will work closely with teams who specialize in each of these areas.

Detailed Description:

• Starting role will be to organize and implement a manged email marketing service by creating email marketing schedules, asset/content collection, and project management for both client and internal email campaigns.
• Works with CTO to develop marketing plans that effectively describe the purpose of the campaign or initiative, for creative to concept and web developers to design.
• May be needed to provide input during interactive brainstorming sessions for new ideas relevant to social networking and the execution of web projects
• Provides daily assistance to CTO, including some administrative tasks and monitoring of project deadlines for creative and web development to ensure on-time delivery for clients
• Project support to include assisting in the management of client website updates, email support responses for digital asset management system and social networking website maintenance.

Basic Requirements

• Marketing department experience; interactive experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and personal presentation
• Strong initiative, problem solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking is a must
• Bachelors degree required or extensive work experience.
