We are flexible on the compensations method and confident in the results. With a basic monthly fee, the main compensation can be performance based. We are hands-on involved in every aspect of implementing business and brand strategies for our clients and our own portfolio brands. Since I hired Kompani to optimize my real estate business, my annual production has grown from around $6 million in 2014 to about $46 million in 2021.
